Ah, getting photographs from a moving car can be interesting! 
I think you timed it well, especially as you captured it from a moving car. I say you timed it well because of the composition, with the pole on the right, the clouds on the left.
For me, what is most interesting is the fact that this is a natural landscape. You have the sky, clouds and mountains, but all of that is kind of marred by the electricity lines and the pole, which starkly contrast with the colourful nature of the world.
At the same time, it is not as if this marring is bad. Rather, it adds focus to this piece. Our eyes are drawn towards the pole, and then we kind of appreciate the natural landscape, and how man-made things work with that.
The quality could be improved as there is a fair bit of noise. I also think this would look good in square form, if you crop out the left a bit.
Overall, it's a lovely piece. Truly, balance is achieved between the sky and land there.
